How would you feel if this was Scorpan's voice actor

What if say, it was announced that Tierks brother and potentially brother figure to Spike, Scorpan was in Season 8 or 9, and to top it off the VA is non other then, Doug Jones. For those who don't know, Doug is a regular actor for Guillermo Del Toro films, he voiced Abe Saipan in the Hellboy animated films and Hellboy II: The Golden Army, and he played the Faun and Pale man in the classic fairy tail film, Pan's Labriynth. He currently played the Anphibian man in the Oscar front runner The Shape of Water.

 

I personally would love to see him, because it adds a bit of mysterious flavor to Scorpan.

He seems like a huge voice actor made for big-time films. I'm not sure if he'll do MLP regularly if at all. But that's just my personal opinion. It could be him! But if Scorpan is gonna appear more regularly on the show when he debuts, he's probably gonna be voiced by one of the regular Canadian VAs.

True. But out of curiosity and just fun wish thinking, let's say he was.   The Faun from pans labyrinth seems like a perfect character inspiration for him, mysterious and  you don't know if he's good or bad and he's a mentor figure. 

 

In truth, for the next generation, I would love it(if it's done by an American animated studio) if they took creature inspiration from Del Toro flicks. The Faun from Pan's, is to me the apex Faun design, a Faun kingdom would be interesting.

Personally, I would rather it be Cathal J Dodd, known for playing Wolverine in X-MEn: The Animated Series.
