Here's my OC: Name: Solar Flare I know it's kinda blurry, but I couldn't find a way to fix it. Also, I know it's pretty well done, but I was just wanting a clearer picture and to see another person's take on him. If you need to see the cutie-mark a bit better, just let me know.
