Soundlogic Bluetooth Headphones not working

I have new Soundlogic Bluetooth Headphones, and recently they started acting strange. I turn them on, but the sound from the computer comes out of the speakers rather than the headphones themselves. Plus, When I try to recharge them, the red light won't turn on. Any thoughts on what could be wrong?

Perhaps the jack is damaged and it can't recharge.  I'd return them for exchange. Maybe you received a defective unit.
