Hello everypony! I am Mia Neigh, judge for Ponyville's court. You probably don't know me, as I had only a brief entrance of the show during one of Pinkie Pie's Smile songs (I swear, she does that every week or so)

 

 

In case you still don't know me, I am the green pony there.

 

I am generally busy, but in my spare time I like to enlighten ponies about Equestria's laws and court system. Feel free to ask any questions!

When was the last time somepony committed murder in Ponyville?

 

 

Oh dear... Hmmm... Oh, yes!

 

It was a while ago, but there was a murder in Ponyville several years back. It was just a textbook case of the husband in an affair such (it was so dumb, i don't remember the details). I was the judge. It was wrapped up quicly in one day (he confessed). The Jury found him guilty.

 

Now, rewind some more years back, when I was still a lawyer, there was a serial killer on the loose! He had taken 5 mares in 5 days, and killed them by suffocating them with a mask of plaster. The EBI (Equestrian Bureau of Investigation) lended a hand and found that the killer was actually one of our own forensic scientists (which is how he was able to make it so we didn't expect him). He went loco and took another scientist hostage. After a prolonged gun battle, he was shot in the head and died. There was, obviously, no trial. This story was kept out of the papers, but a friend of mine on the police force told me about it.
