Account deletions

I have some questions about account deletions:

1. Does the deleted member's user name appear as the latest name change they had? (Would it change back to the original name they had when joining this forum, or the latest name they changed it to)

2. Do all the deleted member's posts still appear on the forum?

3. Is it only available to EU members?

As far as I know, MLPF has a strict policy of not deleting accounts unless they are spam accounts.

1. No. Deleted users show as Guest. 

2. Yes. All prior content is still on MLPF. Only the account is removed. 

3. Also yes. We will only delete an account if we are required by law to do so, and presently that is only available to EU citizens. And yes we are permitted to verify.
