Misty Shadow 7,999 May 31, 2019 Share May 31, 2019 Roll your eyes annoyed, I know, another "villain was set up" theory topic. Don't shoot the messenger though, because again, this theory was not made by me. Credit goes to The Brony Notion for this excellent theory. This explains something we all thought was sketchy very well...how does Sombra just so happen to be the only villain in the show's history to evade a blast from the magic of the elements? Not to mention how the tree has actually benefited from the destruction with the Mane 6 now being able to use their "friendship magic" without the elements and the Student 6 now coming closer under a new roof...something is definitely up.
RDDash 19,232 June 1, 2019 Share June 1, 2019 I feel like they finally made it official , it's not the tree anymore it's a temple. I am pretty sure it would be like crystal table would get destroyed and then Twilight would be like meh I didn't really liked that people tried to match up kids with the elements they supposed to represent. Will Guide 21,365 January 29, 2021 Share January 29, 2021 Doesn't change what I think about the thing when the tree was originally destroyed in the season 9 premier, Sombra may be able to destroy the tree but he was never able to destroy the Spirit of Harmony itself and it lives on through the temple of Harmony that grows in the remains of the old castle. While that little Temple doesn't really play much in the plot of the episodes we see if that's where you become somewhat of a fortress of solitude as we saw in one specific season 9 episode. Sombra can at least get the credit of destroying the Tree of Harmony itself, even if he got what he deserved for not being a team player and being defeated again and sent back to "the ether" as Rarity refered to his "death" or first defeat A Dragon as big as his love for Disney and has his head in the clouds literally and figuratively Ask Will Guide | Signature by Wife of Hawks | WiiGuy2014’s OCs
