Fanon personalities of background ponies

I already know (or at least think I know) the popularly accepted fanon personalities of some of the most popular background ponies, such as Lyra, Bon-Bon, Spitfire, Soarin', and Derpy. However, there are some that I know very little or non at all about how most bronies depict other background ponies, such as Octavia, Vinyl Scratch, Colgate, Fleur De Lis, non-time lord Doctor Whooves, Cloudchaser & Flitter, Berry Punch, Carrot Top, Roseluck, Aloe & Lotus, Caramel, Blues, and other background ponies I can't list off the top of my head. I couldn't find anything about this, so I'm hoping some forum members will help me (and anypony else who needs this list for fan works).

I generally see Fleur as more or less a marilyn monroe type, very classy, elegant and well bred so she is kinda old fashioned.

Ocatvia is a classical person who is like a concert cello player so very reserved as set in her ways which is why is usualy paired off with vinyl who is new wave and outgoing, vinyl is very outgoing and likes to try new things

Unfrotunately, the fandom portrays Berry Punch, a very innocent mare mind you, as what else but an alcoholic.

Only for that once scene, ONE SCENE, everypony portrays her as such automatically/immediately. I know that's the way these things happen, we over-exaggerate them (for instance, one little joke about Fluttershy wanting to be a tree...you know what happened), but personally, I'd like something else to have come out of it.

Seriously? And alchoholic...? Really? ō~ō Oh, well, I guess....at least that doesn't stop her from being (a) best pony.

My journey in the fandom started on April 5, 2012. I joined here on April 24, 2012. Where that journey is headed now, who knows...
