The Cutie Mark Crusaders get arrested for being too adorable.

With the rising number of cuteness overload cases across Equestria, Celestia issued a decree that placed a limit on how cute ponies can be. Anypony who exceeds this limit and proves to be a risk of causing a cuteness overload to another pony is to be arrested and imprisoned. They are then required to remain incarcerated until they are no longer deemed "too cute". If necessary, ponies can be imprisoned for life. 

You're probably wondering why I decided to redo a picture on the CMCs in a mugshot line up. I was not satisfied with it.

Side note, I actually intended to make an MLP Forums banner with this image. I would have made the logo to resemble the Law & Order logo. I didn't really like how it looked, so I ended up scrapping it all together.
