Replication (note: "Keep original aspect ratio" option has not been manually toggled):

  • Copy and paste URL of an image into a new post (in case it is relevant, I copied a .gif URL).
  • Resize image. Note that "Keep original aspect ratio" is enabled in the menu.
  • Resize image again. Note that "Keep original aspect ratio" is still enabled in the menu.
  • Try resizing image again. Note that "Keep original aspect ratio" is disabled and will remained disabled for subsequent resizings.
