Looking for suggestions for AI art tools

So we see all this art made with AI these days.

I'd like to give it a try but I'm pretty technology challenged. What are good ones to use?

I think there are several stable diffusion programs that people use to generate an image with machine learning software which is somewhat free on the internet. If you just want to talk with a pretend character in the chatbot program Character.AI is currently free to use but it's always had issues. I should know because I am using that website for a couple of weeks now.

I can recommend Purplesmart.ai since it's free to use and supports MLP models
Then there's Noval.ai but you've to pay for it

@ZiggWheelsManning it's just lots of server problems, for example right now the bots are lagging and will take their time to not reply to the people. Then there is a infamous cloudfair waiting room that will kick the people out of the website every 30 seconds for a minute or two.
