Equestria Girls as a series was left unfinished so we never got see what human Sunset Shimmer was like.

That said what do you think was the ultimate fate of human Sunset Shimmer?

My headcanon is that the real human Sunset Shimmer used to be a student at Canterlot High until she moved to another city and transferred to another school, then not long afterwards, Pony Sunset moved to the human world and took her human counterpart's place at Canterlot High. The people who knew her human counterpart didn't know about this and assumed Sunset decided not to move out of the human world Canterlot.

I would imagine the real human Sunset would be shocked if she found out about her "twin" from Equestria, especially if she found out about all the bad things her pony twin did in the past.
