One day, Princess Cadence decided to visit Ponyville. Not to see the mane six, but just to interact with the community. On this fateful fay, she meets Sweet Lemon, the bat pony, whose backstory is much more complicated than one might think.

*Sweet Lemon looked up at the beautiful princess. Still keeping to her position. She nodded. With a look that was unintentionally a please face, but in reality, she was about to cry from embarrassment. She only ever felt comfortable around her pet Capybara, Pumpkin. Nevertheless, she nodded.*

"Um, I also sell Limonade. Which is Lemonade. But with Limes."

Because you can interact with her, because she's not afraid of talking to people. I don't even get along with animals because-!"

"Yeah, but, I'm not supposed to talk to them. I once caused a bunch of Inferno demons to burn my home town on accident, and my family survived, but they told me to go away and never come back. They blamed for the incident, even when I was just a filly. And eventually I ended up here. I've only got my pet Capybara, Pumpkin. I kinda miss them, but they were mean to me."
