Not good at this, but Harris passed away on Saturday during surgery.

Besides his noted MLP role, he had others including the narrator of Captain N The Game Master and the Ocean Group Dub of Dragon Ball Z.

Second voice of Golem on Monster Rancher.

Well that would depend on if you caught Dragon Ball early enough or even live in Canada.

But pointless geeksposition time.  Back when Funimation started to bring Dragon Ball Z over to state, they didn't have their own in house of voice actors as they do now so Vancouver's Ocean Group crew were given the dubbing task.

Ocean Group you'll have an idea of their stuff from Captain N The Game Master, Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog, Double Dragon (TubiTV), Street Fighter, Sonic Underground, Spider-Man Unlimited, Monster Rancher, X-Men Evolution, Original Ranma 1/2 series, Inuyasha and besides many others of course My Little Pony Friendship is Magic (Though some VAs outside were included like Tara Strong and John de Lancie).

After a brief end of dubbing, Funi did get many of the voice actors like Sean Schemmel, Kyle Hebert and Christopher Sabat to continue the dub from late Frieza to the end, as well as the original series and GT.

They even eventually dubbed the episodes from early on, even the ones the cast started on.  Mainly cause when Funimation's VAs took over they would attempt to emulate the previous VAs before doing their own such as Christopher Sabat trying to sound like Brian Drummond's Vegeta.

But that wasn't the end of the Ocean Group doing the show.  As long as an anime is dubbed by a Canadian cast, then it qualifies them to broadcast it on their channel YTV.  So they pretty much dubbed the rest except for a portion of episodes from after their first stop.  So Canada still gets a portion in the middle of DBZ with Funimation's VAs.
