Google How you became a fan of My Little Pony Watched it a lot in my childhood and rewatched some of it recently Rainbow dash's pet is called "Tank" and I remember that she called him that because he was slow but very durable, that HEAVILY implies the existence of tanks in MLP, But that brings a whole lot of more questions. Earth ponies can be pretty warlike - like in the dystopias when Starlight fiddled with time. And Cheese got that artillery concept from somewhere. Also also, their egineering ability is showcased all over the place (Manehatten, advanced machinery and the like), so they are clearly capable. How would ponies use tanks in MLP? Protection from apple, vegetable and apple pie bombardment.
