Hi so I want to show my little cousin My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic but I'm afraid that he would stumble upon Rainbow Factory, Smile and Lil Ms Rarity or all the inappropriate art and stuff  wheb you google My Little Pony or get on Deviantart or other websites (you know what I'm talking about) I got lucky as a kid to avoid those and I don't want to risk him being traumatized I can't be there for him 24/7 because he lives in a completely different state (that is 20 hours away from me)

I'm not sure how old your little cousin is, which could change the quality of this idea, but I generally believe frankness and treating children as intelligent (because they are) to be effective.

I would simply explain to them, without be specific or name dropping, that you like MLP and would love to share it with them -- but cautioning them that some online MLP content is harmful to those underage.

i doubt a 2 year old is using the internet in any capacity where stumbling that kind of content is likely, probably wouldnt worry about it for a few more years

For the videos you mentioned, if your cousin is browsing with an account, definitely set it to some sort of restricted mode and go ahead and block the channels that posted those nasty videos, that way your cousin cannot get recommended them.

Recommend to the cousin's parents/ your aunt/uncle/whatever that they should restrist an account if their very young child is watching youtube and give them the names of specific accounts for them to block. Email and texting are easy enough if you have email addresses and/or phone numbers.

They're likely going to find out if you introduce your cousin to it. A two year old doesn't have the capacity - in most cases - to read, let alone type out the term 'my little pony'. The parents will figure out someone introduced their child to it.
