Rain smiled. "Oh, c'mon, can't I toy with a murderer?" She, as per usual, made a loud whimpery sound as he picked her up. "What a gentleman! Carrying me across the threshold of my doom."

5 clones of Fear stepped out of Fear, they formed a circle and walked around lockhart while laughing, he could feel slashing yet none of the Fears appeared to attack him

"You are giving me a much harder time than i thought." he said as he entered the building. He started down some stars and came to another door. When he opened it it revealed a tech room, but most of it was rusty and old.

Rain giggled as he carried her, clinging to his neck as she got carried down. "I'm not the type to make things easy, you'll learn that quickly."

She looked around the tech room. "Home sweet home!"

Lockhart felt the slashing pain, but took it. "I can't aim" he said as he threw the gun at the 4th Fear, and swung his brace at the 2nd.

The Fear clones continued laughing as the slashing pain continued, the gas masks of the Fear clones grew mouths as they continued to laugh

He walked passed all the guards and out the room into a more regular room, with a few couches and chairs. He set Rain down in a couch gently and then sat in a chair a few feet away.

"Alright then! Let us do battle!" Lockhart said. He swung at all the fear clones in a reckless fashion.

(Dumbass mode activated.)

Rain waved mockingly at all the guards before they left the room.

Lying aimlessly on the couch, she stared at the ceiling. "So..."

Fear put up his machetes, the visible Fears continued circling lockhart, Fear puched lockhart in the gut

"You need anything?' he asked looking at her burns.

[Mephala 2,635]

"What? Ahaha, these aren't going to be helped much," laughed Rain. "The nurse told me I'd be right again soon, but I overheard her mention to Seb that I most likely will never be able to walk again. And I get to have the gorgeous scarring for the rest of my life. Isn't that fun?" She turned her head towards him painfully. "We'll never know if I can now, I suppose, since you're going to murder me."

Noxus didn't reply, he just looked down silently. His emotions were not known considering his mouth and eyes were concealed.

"What's up?" asked Rain obliviously. "Are you thinking of an extra violent way? Because honestly, these babies'll kill me eventually anyways. No need to worry."

[Chickey 383]

"I'm not going to kill you" he said, him voice seemed saddened compared to his regular blank tone.

[Mephala 2,635]

"Okay, now you sound upset. Is it cuz they're going to beat you to it? Ooh, look, I'm bleeding again." She touched one of her facial scars and winced. "That's nasty. It's like, half pus. Eww."

"Stop...." he said "Just stop...."

[Mephala 2,635]

Rain blinked at him and when she spoke again her voice was raw. "Stop what? You feeling bad-if that's even what you're feeling-doesn't change the fact that I'm done for. So I might as well go out with a joke."

"Your not going to die, i'll make sure of it..." he said almost desperately not even looking at her.

[Mephala 2,635]

Rain furrowed her brow.

"What is UP with you?" she asked incredulously.

[Chickey 383]

"Nothing" he said calming himself and sat back in his chair, adjusting his large coat.

"So your invisible then..." Lockhart said. He immediately did a double lariat.

Fear picked up the gun lockhart threw and shot him in the knee

"You sounded pretty upset there," said Rain suspiciously. Then she sighed and returned her gaze to the ceiling. "You really do remind me of him..."

Sighing, she bit her lip. "So what now? Do I help you with your next evil plan or something?"

"No, you just stay with me until you are better, then you can leave and forget about me until something hopefully kills me." he explained.
