Because we all read the terms and conditions as well with the rules. Who doesn't?

 

I go back and read the rules every few minutes. I report a lot of posts, mainly spam and the like. I always have it open in a seperate tab.

 

You also don't need to read the entire ToS, it has sub sections that you can skip to to know what you're agreeing to. They all say the same thing mostly, but the consequences for rule breaking is usually different.

 

So yes, I read the ToS.
