Thunder smiled. "So you're still sure you don't want to dance," he asked.

Rose looked up and nodded. "oh... ok let's dance" she said. She put her hoof out for him to take.

Thunder took her hoof and led her out to the center of the room. "Can we get a slow song," he asked Vivace.

Vivace really enjoyed this song, he was moving his head to the music. A little near the end of the song, he heard the white pegasus ask him for a slow song.

"Uh... Already? Seems a little early for that, but okay." he said with a cheerful tone. Vivace was in his comfort zone playing music behind the table, but he was still a tad shy.

He also isn't that good at picking slow songs, but he knew of one that might work. It at least started out slow...

 

 

Draw smiled as he saw his friend having fun and playing music. He walked up beside him.

"Hey, I'm going to go ahead and head back into the kitchen, I think you can answer the door from now on. Don't forget to get down on the dance floor and socialize a little bit." With that, Draw headed into the kitchen.

Chocolate looked around at everyone else and sighed.

Everyone already knew someone and they were all busy, paired up in couples and stuff.

She went to the side of the room and sat down, deciding to at least get out of the way.

Thunder sighed and started ackwardly dancing with Rose. "I probably should have told you I don't know how to dance before we came out here," he said.

Vivace closed his eyes and listened to the trance-like music. While he loved faster-paced music the most, he also liked to wind down with music such as this. He opened his eyes and looked around at the ponies mingling and then at the two dancing in the center of the room.

"Maybe Draw is right. Maybe the reason I never moved ahead much in life was because I was so shy..." Vivace thought to himself. "But I want to be loved too. I feel so lonely sometimes. Maybe I'll go down there after the next song... maybe..."

Passion walked up to the door hoping she would find draw here. she was a light brown mare with a dark brown wavy mane and pretty hazel eyes, her cm was a book because she loved to read and write... she could hear some good music playing that made her feel like dancing right then. "I guess vivace is mixing some new beats" she said aloud to herself. She raised her hoof and knocked on the door..

Passion walked up to the door not knowing what exactly to expect, she was a light brown mare with a dark brown wavy mane and pretty hazel eyes, her cm was a book because she loved to read and write... she could hear some good music playing that made her feel like dancing right then. She only came to this party hoping to be more social and meet other ponies so with one more deep breath to calm her nervs she lifted her hoof slowly and knocked on the door...

Vivace heard a knock on the door. He glided over and opened it. "Oh, hey Passion, I didn't know you were invited." He looked down a little so that his bangs hung in his eyes. "Um... Draw's in the kitchen, I take it you want to see him..."

Oh hey Viv passion said as she gave a warm smile. I wasn't exactly invited I just went to draws house but he wasn't there so I figured he was with you, I didn't know you were throwing a party. I could leave and just talk to him later, I just wanted to hangout with him really. :Oh great now your a party crasher, way to go passion thought to herself:

"Um, no it's quit alright. I don't really know anyone here except for you and Draw..." Vivace replied in a soft voice. "You should go see him, I'm sure it'd be a nice surprise."

Rose blushed and giggled slightly. “I guess none of us can dance” she said trying to move with thunder. She then stopped and smiled.

"Oh ok thanks" Passion said with a warm smile as she walked inside. " So who's idea was it to throw a party??? "

"It was, um, Draw's idea..." Vivace said as Passion walked inside and he closed the door. "I gotta get back to the DJ table, I'll talk to you later, Passion." With that, he flew back over behind the DJ table. This song was rather long, and it still had a minute to go, so he still had to wait a bit before playing the next song.

Passion looked around at the other ponies in the room, " They seem nice she thought." She started to walk back to the kitchen to find draw, as she walked she thought " I wonder if viv is going to get out there and be social. " She found the kitchen with no problem and walked through the door to see draw sitting at a table in his own little world. " Hey honey " she said with a loving smile as she walked over to him and gave him a small quick kiss on the lips.

Chocolate smiled warmly at Daisy.

"Ah, it's going alright. I'm not sure where to begin, I'm new to town, you see."

She blushed.

"And how's it for you?"

Chocolate smiled and nodded.

"Oh, yes, I hope so too."

She took Daisy's hoof and shook it lightly.

"I'm Chocolate Truffle."

She smiled.

Chocolate nodded and blushed.

"He is very handsome.."

She sighed.

"But he wouldn't notice me, I'm so plain and silly."

Draw snapped out of his bored stupor. "Oh hey Pash! I didn't expect to see you here! How did you find me?" he said both excitedly and curiously.

Vivace had his eyes closed as the song wound down. He already had another song selected. Feeling more comfortable from the music, he said loudly, "Alright, ponies! I'm going to kick it up a notch!" The next song began to play...

Vivace fluttered down from behind the DJ table, putting the music on autoplay. He looked around for anypony who was alone, but it seemed that all the ponies there were already talking to somepony else. "Maybe this was a bad idea..." he thought, feeling nervous but still swaying to the beat.

"Wasent that that hard baby, you weren't home so I figured you would be with viv and I was right" she gave a triumphant smile "Although I didn't know you were throwing a party" She said a little miffed, idly wondering why she Wasent invited.

"Yeah it was just something I was doing for Vivace, cause I wanted him to get out there more... and possibly even find himself a girl, like me." Draw said as he wrapped his hoof around Passion's foreleg.
