The cream is double double. And yeah it's already made, we use it to make tortelinni

((Wait, if you know how to make Tortellini, why not just make that? Except use the same concept and apply it on top of the pastas you do have, no need to add the tomatos, zucchini, and garnishes, if this is just a simple dinner I mean.))

eggs, chicken broth, and various other spices is all you need to make egg drop soup, plus you can make it in like 5 minutes.
