Okay yes, I do feel stupid for stating Taiwan (Should've just said China as a whole or the republic of China. ) , but dang, they built these dolls rather sturdy and tough. Still working on Pinkie Pie's neck...

At least these are better than the earlier plushies they tried selling to the public. I find it funny that the g3 plushies were more show accurate when this style is a lot more simple.

I actually like Rainbow Dash, but wtf is with Pinkie Pie and Twilight?

 

Rainbow Dash has Fluttershy's eyes. And Twilight has a draker coat. Just, what.

 

Oh yeah! Haha. That's funny. I couldn't place my finger on what was off but that's it.

The G3's all looked exactly the same. That makes it easy to make a toy. Everypony in this show has their own hair which is a production nightmare. Don't get me started on Big Mac (and Granny Smith and Celestia and the Flim Flam bros, etc, etc).

Thing is, they were bigger, and the -models-, not just the hair, were more accurate.

All the g4's that are going to be officially produced all have the same exact model as well.

I just came across a few of those plushies at Walmart last night, and no thanks! I'm really put off by size of their eyes, and their manes and tails look horrible.

 

I'd rather just learn how to make my own pony plushies, 'cause I really badly want my own Rainbow Dash and Derpy (and possibly Rarity).

Ehh...not a big fan of them. I just don't like their design concepts and the hair looks like cheaply cut fabric. I'll just have to wait until Fluttershy comes out.
