After studying French for 2 years, it has never come more handy.

Ladies and Gentleponies, I would just like to address that our herd is spreading in Europe, particularly in France. However, they all themselves "Fronies" for "Frère Poney" which means Brother Pony in French.

I just want to add that to your dictionary, because I love the French!

What are you all talking about? French is easy! :3

Honestly, the voice acting is alright. Some of the voices even sound surprisingly close to their original counterparts, but I'd still much rather watch it in English with the original voices.

This is the France dub and it's pretty good, but did you know that there's also a Quebec (french canadian) dub?... and it's absolutely awful. Just go listen to the intro on Youtube! It's like only one person is doing all the voices!

Anypony else think of Pinkie using her French accent?

Lol but seriously. I wish I could speak French (or at least more of it), but learning it is such a pain.

Dunno, maybe I'm just so lazy that I can't be bothered to work for the things I want.

Yay for the fronies (:

Oh, I wanted to bring this up...

When Apple Bloom spoke French in "The Cutie Pox" Twilight and AJ didn't understand her. In the french dub, does she speak english?

Twilight's actor in the video sounded a little too old, Spike sounded pretty close, though. Applejack had no accent what so ever.

Good question, as it hasn't come out yet. Since they cannot redo the scene and change the cutie mark, I would suppose that they speak in old French, as if English to Old English "Here ye cometh the ROYAL CANTERLOT VOICE".
