Hushabye 47 August 30, 2012 Share August 30, 2012 I personally don't like how we older fans think that the show is all about us. It's not. It's about young children of any gender being able to watch a show with their parents or friends and learning something from it. A lot of the hate that this fandom gets is perhaps a little over done but they all have a grain of truth in them. Bronies need to be polite and understanding of others, even if they don't like the show; Bronies need to stop spamming ponies on unrelated forums / message boards / other forms of internet media; and Bronies need to realize that the show doesn't revolve around them, but that doesn't mean that they can't get enjoyment out of it. Wishing for the show to be more like "South Park" or "Family Guy" is futile, because it will never happen as long as the rightful target audience -- children and their caregivers -- is still the focus of Hasbro and the Hub. Always off-topic and always derailing.
