Drawing applications for mac?

I recently got a Mac instead of buying another PC when my old PC died

I cant use MS paint on a mac so what is a good drawing application for Mac?

(free please???)

Inkscape and Synfig are cross-platform. They work on Linux, Windows, and Mac. Both are pretty good from what I've seen. Worth a try.

If you think mspaint is a good drawing application, do I have something in store for you. Like Artemis said, I would recommend you try Inkscape. It's exponentially better.

I know a lot of people get the Mac for the reliability and to be virus free, but dear god you could've gotten a new PC AND some top notch drawing programs like the Adobe Suite! Maybe even a few games or extra hookups like a microphone. But I dunno, that's my opinion anyways.

 

As for drawing, I hear Synfig is cross platform.
