She walked back behind the counter and fixed a few displays of chocolate, which were crooked. She didn't expect any business here, but she had to try at least. Jumping up, she ran to the next room and got a sign she'd made last night, which she now put on top of the glass display case. "NEW! Hazelnut and Raspberry Filled Truffles!" Abaddon 95 July 15, 2012 Share July 15, 2012 Walking into Chocolate Truffle, Atum tried not tripping on his hooves. He had only just arrived in Ponyville and already his anxiety was out of control. He had never been around so many ponies before and the thought made him shiver. But that disappeared the moment he saw rows upon rows of chocolates. So many flavors, shapes and sizes. He could not believe his eyes as he moved closer to the first display case. Then his anxiety crept up again as he realized there were too many choices- to many types of chocolates to try and he only had a few bits. Nervously Atum asked, "Um excuse me mam, um is there a chance I could buy. I mean, what would you suggest I should try. Sorry, I don't mean to be an inconvenience, I just can't decide. I know I'm babbling, but this is the first time I've been too Ponyville, well this is the first time I've been in a big city and it's all just so confusing." "Well, I just made a new kind today- filled with hazelnut and raspberry creme, if you'd like to try that." She pulled them out and handed him one on a piece of paper. "It really depends on what types of flavors you like. I have berry filled, chocolate filled, peanut butter filled.." She smiled again. BANG! BANG! BANG! It's the first time I've had anything sweet, I never knew something like this could be so wonderful. All I usually get to eat is vegetables and bread." Reaching into his saddle bag, Atum pulled out 3 bits and placed it onto the counter. "This is all the money I have." She went behind the counter, pulled out a bag and put a few bits of each kind of chocolate inside. Sealing it tight , she handed it to Atum. "No charge, it's on the house." The caravan had dropped him off in the middle of ponyville and rode off leaving him to fend for himself. "Um. Oh. Um, do you by chance know where the nearest boarding house is. Soda, a new resident to Ponyville had just finished the first half of his shift. His current job was re painting the exterior of one of the older homes of Ponyville. It was a good thing that it was lunch time, because Soda had spent a very late night at his apartment keeping himself awake with caffeine. He only ate a simple hay sandwich before he left to work in the morning. He was very hungry and in a rather cranky mood. Soda took to the sky and tried to locate any good eatery around town. His groggy yellow eyes saw a sign which read, "The Chocolate Shoppe." Soda thought to himself, Chocolate? I like chocolate. Chocolate is good. With that thought, Soda made a rough landing in front of the shop almost completely tripping over himself due to his fatigue. A couple ponies walking around town looked on at the struggling pony. "Don't worry, I'm ok." Soda reassured the bystanders blushing from his embarrassment. After he collected himself, Soda carefully went in through the front door of the Chocolate Shoppe. After taking in the scents for a few moments, he looked around and saw something that was especially appetizing. Peanutbutter-Filled Chocolates. His favorite. Soda knew what he wanted now and so he decided to approach the front desk. "Excuse me. How much are those Peanutbutter-Filled Chocolates?" Soda asked. Do I!" Starry has a big appetite for chocolate, so she followed the aroma around and stopped at the site of a store called "The Chocolate Shoppe" "I love chocolate, I must get some!" the blue pegasai then proceeded to go inside the shop, where she stood there looking at all the chocolate.
