Can personality makes you ugly?

I know this is a weird example but Changling Princess Cadance is someone I think of because she was, by pony standards, a pretty Princess

Indeed.

Sometimes you just feel uncomfortable in presence of someone who looks OK. Or you may wan't to wash your hands after talking to someone who looks very neat and clean. Some people just have that vibe which can make you feel in danger.

And the opposite, some people who doesn't look bright can get attractive with their radiance of kindness, creativity and cheerfulness.

Sometimes even without knowing how someone looks I feel that person attractive because an aura they radiate inspiring me and making me feel that I belong.. ^.^
