Yes, one of the things stated in the article was: “I can think of at least four violations here: wearing a duty uniform while supposedly off-duty or at an unauthorized location; wearing an official Army uniform to an event that I guarantee the Army is not officially involved with; wearing a non-sanctioned patch on the uniform in place of current unit patch; and attending a My Little Pony convention.” That sounds like hate to me... But I did find it funny how they sorta managed to put a negative spin on it with the whole "They broke at least 4 protocols" thing. On the other hand though, I can see how it could appear in a strong positive light as well for the show - like it's something the soldiers felt strong enough about to break protocol for.
