One of my own characters, he was once a normal person who was turned into a modern day Minotaur and became a villain. I guess his horns are under his hood.

by the way did you use MS paint to make this?

I used Paint Shop Pro 4. It's a fairly old program, but I like using it. I've drawn quite a few characters with it.

He does look similar to Dr. Doom, which is not a bad thing and, I'm assuming, was intentional given the name being similar. I dig it.

well, doctor dooms cloak was green, not pink lol, his out fit actually reminds me of the costume of the phantom from the 60's spiderman cartoon

Well, I will admit that his costume was inspired by the Phantom, and the Minotaur is my favorite monster so I made him look like that.
