I see three other ponies: someone called Stardash, Shyflower and a strange looking pony who seems quite disgruntled with having hooves instead of hands. I attempt to calm the crazy surgeon down. "There there!" I say in my calmest voice "Being a unicorn isn't so bad!" I think for a minute, and then decide to point out the elephant in the room "Wait, why don't you want to be unicorn? Aren't they supposed to be, like, awesome?"
