Here is the first drawing i did, feel free to tell me some tips, but leave constructive critisim. You can try to add lighting effects onto your pony. Is that your OC in your avatar? If it is, use eyedropper tool for accuracy. Photoshop is really good for sketching and coloring. It's my favorite program, but everyone has they're preference I guess. I have problems with photoshop, I guess i am to lazy to figure everything out and then have the patince to do it. I used my tablet AND mouse for this and i guess my mouse screwed me over... Body could be thinner and face rounder My avatar is better now i incrased the pixles per inch to 200, And i cant find the Eyedroper tool in SAI so i had to go with the flow. This was also based off of an image of rainbowdash i was looking at. I could go in a refine them but i already condensed all the layers into 1. Thanks for the tips though, ill try to make the body thinner, i guess he had to much junkfood... I did some more refining with the blur tool so the shading looks more attached to the body: NOW WITH 200 PIXELS PER SQUARE CENTIMETER AND A WOPPING 42 KILLOBYTES OF SPACE CONSUMTION!
