Both seem to have perfectionist traits. Sweetie Belle not so much but she did organize Rarity's room immaculately.

And, they both have great singing voices

They are both white Jokes aside, One similarity I'm not sure most people noticed is that Applejack and Applebloom are both leadership figures in their respective group of friends. Applebloom and Applejack usually are the ones to express their opinions or their decisions for the group first

I'm not calling them sisters, but Scootaloo and Rainbow have plenty of similarities. They both like (Or would like in Scootaloo's case) to fly incredibly fast, they both stay loyal to their friends, and is it just me, or do their voices kinda share a... similarity? I dunno, I just get the feeling.

 

But of course, that was probably their intention since Scootaloo idolizes Dash.
