It had been a month since the break out. Surge and his accomplices were let back into the normal lock down. Things in the prison were under tight watch after the break out. And the riot had the whole prison shutdown as well. This was the first day the inmates had yard time in a month. They all entered to prison yard slowly. Not having any sun light or fresh air for so long they had forgotten what it was like to be outside. As they all get in the yard most of them look up at the sky. Others just run their hooves through the grass. Some just sit and or do what they normally did during yard time. The pegasus were able to stretch their wings after a month of being tied down for a month.

 

Out on the yard Surge was running his hooves through the grass and taking deep breaths of fresh air. It feels good to be outside again. Looking at his daughters picture. Daddy will be home soon.....I give you my word.
