private The Borken Harp

When a mystical golden harp is fond in the ruins of some kind of tower but when some pony ventures inside the tower to look for the harp the past begins to show it self though a strange ghost who seems to haunt the tower and his only hope at finding peace is if the harp is broken. But can the pony endure the conflicted past?

 

Starter

A harp started to play to from inside of a tower. A soft and tender song began to play throughout the night echoing from the ruins of the tower and into ponyville. Hoping that some pony would come and find it.

Octavinyl was just traveling home after a performance in Canterlot. She then heard a song play, she trotted towards the direction of where the music was coming from. "Harp music in the middle of nowhere? That's odd." She thought to herself as she saw the ruins of a massive tower. She curiously went inside to investigate.

A light was radiating from the harp as if some pony was playing it, then a soft and tender voice began to sing ."How can the stars be shining when the moon out shines them all". The voice began to repeat it self as if trying to find the right words.

Octavinyl heard the voice and turned to the direction of where it came from. She stared at the harp and the light with it. "Who said that?" She thought to herself as she slowly walked towards the harp.

The harp stopped playing as for the light it vanished but as for the voice came from behind her."I did." A phantom stood behind her his mane pale white and his mane was dark. The stallion waited for her to turn around to so he could make eye contact with her.

Octavinyl was frozen in place. She didn't want to see what was behind her, but she doesn't have a choice. She slowly turned around shaking. As soon as she saw the phantom she thought to herself, "You know that feeling ponies say that when you're so scared you can't scream?"

The phantom smiled and began to great her with a song."Welcome to what use to be Sun tower, I am the music that you hear I am the wonderful stars in the sky I am, the night wind to carry the melody in the sky". The phantom stopped singing as if he hit a sour note.

Octavinyl somehow felt uneasy and calmed at the same time, she couldn't decide if she was scared or relaxed. "I've never heard of the Sun tower, can you tell me what it is?" She asked hoping she wouldn't make the Phantom notice she was scared half to death.

 

(OOC: Will Ember_star be able to join? I mean I think we should let Ember_star join if you get the chance.)

The phantom didn't smile ."I am sorry for scarring you , if you let me I'll show you what it use to be like would you like that"? The harp began to glow as if waiting for her response. The Phantom strum the harp and voices began to sing.

Trying not to upset the phantom she took a deep breath and replied, "Yes, please do show me what it used to be. I'd like to see with my own eyes."

 

She listened to all of the beautiful music she had heard.

The phantom smiled. then soundly the tower began transform into a music hall were the performers played. The phantom looked at the mare hoping that she liked the music and the performers."These voices are wonderful even then they filed me with joy".

She looked around. All of the performers and musicians were so perfectly positioned and all of the music was absolutely heart melting. She smiled at all of it, the music, the instruments, and the ponies. She then asked, "What happened here?"

The phantom became sad and began to sing."A disaster happened to them, a monster with a heart made of stone cursed them to death and now i am all that is left to bring music to a empty world that is long gone". The phantom hoped that she'll sing along with him.

She felt sad for the phantom and decided to sing to cheer him up. She went and sang a duet with him but asked, "What monster?"

She was curious what kind of monster would ruin such beauty of music and sounds.

The phantom smiled but remained sad."He hides in shadow , meany call him by meany a name. He is known as the tyrant , death summoner , The Dark Prince". He pointed towards a figure that came into view.

She looked at the direction he pointed towards. She was shocked to see such an evil soul. She was rather horrified to lay her eyes on such a dark and monstrous view. She felt silent and scared, "What is this thing?" She thought to herself.

"Ugh, were are my pants? uh...." Embers sat up, he looked at the random cans next to him "To much soda, i need to cut my self down" Embers got up and put on his back pack, he had been walking around for a long time and had just taken a rest, when he saw some pony tailing to some thing, he walked over to it, and poked his head in

The Phantom continued to sing."The monster with a heart made of stone , he brings death to all he see's he is the death summoner and now because of what he done i am for ever to sing to a world long gone".

Embers looked down at his feet, he was thinking about his hoofs, and how they were muddy when he looked up to see the phantom "EEEK!" Embers then turned to run, but he failed and triped, he turned back over to see that the phantom was singing

She felt so bad for the phantom she asked, "Is there a way to bring you and them back?"

She was so upset at the fact their innocent lives were taken away by such evil, she wanted to help as much as she could.

The phantom looked at her with a sad face."Stay with me forever and sing with me to a world that as forgotten me, please don't leave me or trun your back to go when i am with you i have fond my happiness". The phantom hoped that she'll say yes.

Embers limped forward, he kicked a rock, makeing him self knowen "Uh... hello?" He looked around, his head turned to the pony amd the phantom "Oh....Hi, how are you guys? you look sad bro, whats up?" embers asked

Octavinyl was silent, she stared at the phantom but she didn't know what to say. She didn't want to abandon her life, but she didn't want to upset his poor soul. She stood there silent staring into the phantom's eyes.

The Monster heard Embers and came for him."What are you doing here"? The monster kept his hood up but the air became very cold and stiff. meanwhile the Phantom was with octaviny and kissed her, his kiss was very cold but at less he could touch her."Please say you will stay i know that i am dead but what i feel now is love towards you".

Octavinyl blushed at the cold kiss. She was relaxed, but at the same time she was worried. "If I stay will I die?" She asked with a worried look on her face. "Wouldn't it be better if I had just visited here everyday?" She asked another question.
