Ashbad 969 August 13, 2012 #1 Share August 13, 2012 I've noticed a small problem with jumping to pages in a topic from outside the topic. Hard to explain, but a picture's worth a thousand words: It says the last page in this thread is 249 and gives me the option to jump to it. That would link to http://mlpforums.com/topic/12522-general-chat-thread/page__st__4960 Thing is, the last page is actually 247. The furthest possible page link offset is 40 posts back: http://mlpforums.com/topic/12522-general-chat-thread/page__st__4920 This thread is one that I've noticed the most trouble with in this sense; yesterday, it actually added 100 to the post offset in the URL, despite having 5 less pages than that in the thread. Not a huge bug, but it's slightly irking and whether or not you decide to fix it, it's definitely my respondibility to give you notice it exists! 1 What has fanfiction has Ashbad written lately? Bronium 512 August 13, 2012 #2 Share August 13, 2012 I'm confused. The last page isn't 249? I was linked to it and checked the page number and it says 249. I'm very confused by your question. :/ Sorry. This one is a tad less creepy. Wouldn't you agree?

Well, make that two of us who are confused: the last page for me is definitely 247, not 249. What has fanfiction has Ashbad written lately? We should totally find out by clicking this link. Neikos 968 August 13, 2012 #4 Share August 13, 2012 I have 249... sooo there are posts missing for you? 4961 REPLIES TO THIS TOPIC Is what I have... . I love you! <
Bronium 512 August 13, 2012 #5 Share August 13, 2012 Yeah, something is definitely up on your end. Me and Neikos has the same amount of pages, so something must be wrong. Probably should do the usual "clear the cache" thing, and beyond that, I have no idea. That's a pretty huge bug. You're missed two pages of content. Imagine all the content you missed! This one is a tad less creepy. Wouldn't you agree?
Ashbad 969 August 13, 2012 Author #6 Share August 13, 2012 Cache cleared, same deal on my end. It's interesting, because it's not only on my laptop that this happens, but also the computer I'm using at work -- I have multiple speculations of why this might be happening, but I don't see them as being (purely) client-side problems, and nothing that's an easy fix like "clear your cache" What has fanfiction has Ashbad written lately? Bronium 512 August 13, 2012 #7 Share August 13, 2012 Maybe it's account related? I mean if it's happening on two different systems, it might be something with your account. But you should probably get Feld0's help (but he's on holiday) or someone who actually knows something about this. This one is a tad less creepy. Wouldn't you agree? Ice Storm 1,020 August 13, 2012 #8 Share August 13, 2012 (edited) In the OOC Forums for the Roleplay sections, I've actually noticed the opposite of this. It's only occurring in a couple threads, and the one that it's most common in is [OOC] The Other Ponies. On the Forums: In Topic: It's not showing all of the pages of the topic underneath the topic title.
