I don't know what to say about the title. i was out of ideas well, i wanted to improve in my drawing, so i did:

That's actually quite well done. The eyes are basically in the correct proportion and you've got the weird mlp arch muzzle thing down perfectly. And the face....THE FACE IS ROUND! Yeah

this is like a breeze of fresh air! much better, now we can work on details, but you have now the basic structure, just get use to draw this (for male ponies)

I noticed that your ponies are different, they look incredibly good, but they don't look like the show, they love even more realistic...

 

I'm not sure is that is what you want to achieve

Yeah, I set out to find a style that wasn't like the show and that's just what happened

I've been trying to draw realistic horses for a long time and it never worked out. Maybe that's where it came from?

For a first try it is really good. I haven't even attempted a pony facing forward. So I don't have any tips to give. Anyways nice job.
