Super Mario Bros Z Remake MLP Version

I'm pretty sure a majority of you (Hopefully) remember the series that was very popular on Newgrounds as Super Mario Bros Z. This series was over the top spectacular! It had many great nostalgia references, Epic fight scenes, Great Storyline. it was awesome! Too bad the series was cut short because of Alvin having difficulties in his real life time.

• Didn't have enough money to keep up with college

• Had a ton of hate on his website and youtube i believe

• Didn't have enough motivational support to continue the series

So the series was cut short at episode 8 with a grand mystery of events and conclusions to the last fight that happened. The series was absolutely grand. The fights were too amazing. You can even look at the intro and tell that this was a great series.

Anyways. I was thinking last night. What if someone (or maybe even Alvin) were to re-create the series but in an MLP based fashion. I honestly think it would turnout great.

I remember watching that series all the time when there was nothing else to do. I was waiting for the 9th episode for the longest time then I learned it kind of got... discontinued

That was the retarded April Fools joke thing he made. It's funny cause that was the last video he made within the series until it died. Again, he stopped due to the 3 reasons mentioned above. It's terrible that, that happened. I even have some friends that never got to watch the series because they hated sonic. Honestly, he's missing out.

I was thinking more of NNM. Makes more sense to me then Discord. Discord tends to "Play around with his food" rather than beat it down until it dies. Or we can have a specific cross-over with another series depending on how it would turn out.

Personally I think Alvin should have handed the rights over to someone else and given them the storyboard. Someone could have easily continued it for him, but that might not be wise in the end.

 

I think an MLP version of this would be hilarious, but I don't know if it would be too suitable or easy considering how many characters there are, both heroes, villains, and neutrals.
