Need some assistance with a fanfiction

If I could get someone to help me better organize my ideas for a fanfiction (which, by the way, is based off my OC), I'd really appreciate it. I have basic ideas, but then the details are jumbled up like "maybe I should do that" or "how about that?"

- Personality and opinions

A lot of writing a story is cutting off nonessential stuff, try to figure out what has to be in the story and start from there. It would also be helpful if you could post some details.

Write up all your ideas, and then use them to create a plan of the story (keep it simple).

 

Work out a basic idea of the characters (who they are, what are their relationships to the protaginist, etc).

 

Get someone who can be brutally honest to proof read for you (someone who would tell you you've written something stupid without being malicious, and offer constructive advice).
