Twilight Sparkle Wallpaper

So, my first wallpaper I've ever made(1920x1080). I basically just opened GIMP and bucked around for an hour or so while head bobbin' to brony dubstep and Skyping with a friend :3. Tell me what you think of it.

So, opinions? And please, don't worry about offending me. If you think your blind dog could do better, then tell me! I'm more of a writer than an artist. I just did this because:

A) I was bored

B.)I was bored

C) I wanted to try something new, and

D) I was bored.

 

And yes, the Twilight at the bottom right is my avatar.

 

Edit: Alright, so I made a version where Twilight didn't have Apple Bloom's bow. A person here commented it would look better, and so did a couple other friends of mine(I'm surprised they're still awake. It's 1:08AM here). So, here's the no-bow version:

Not bad, but the darkness doesn't make for good contrast between the wallpaper and the icons. You could try making the left side brighter.

 

EDIT: On second thought, the wallpaper I'm using right now (space scenery) is pretty dark as well, so maybe it's not that much of an issue.

Alright, so I tested it out. The areas where the white stars meet the black background did cause some eye strain. It seems more like a contrast issue with the picture itself, because it forces the eyes to adjust to the brightness quickly.

 

You should wait for some more input before changing anything, though.

I think it would be a lot better if it didn't have that weird mix of Apple Bloom and Twilight in the bottom right corner. It's good overall. If you were to take it out, I would guess it would get some more likes from people like me. The picture for the normal Twilight is good.

I don't think I could do better myself! :) But I think the WP would look better without filly Twi in the corner. And you should probably make the Twilight in the center more visible.

As Aquila said, the wp should be overall brighter. Do that, and my friend, you'd have a pretty kick-ass wallpaper. B)

Lol really? I think this wallpaper is the only decent art I've ever made past a 3rd grade level XD. I mostly do writing, but it was pretty fun making that wallpaper. Maybe I'll make more :3
