Star Keeper was smiling at harp softly as she spoke. She was... nice, to say the least about her. Unknown to even himself, he was leaning in towards her slowly.

 

'What the buck am I doing' seemed to cross his mind multiple times, but he didn't hesitate. Suddenly out of nowhere burst a pissed off Bio. Star Keeper jolted back and shook his head back into reality. Harp averted her gaze from him, looking off to the sea in a daze.

 

"Mind you own business, idiot, we'll be back soon!" Star Keeper felt like throttling the mare right then and there for her stupidity. Maybe it was just anger and disappointment talking, but he was aggravated none the less.

Harp went with star keeper , he almost kissed her, Harp was happy with knowing that but what ever is happening at camp it seems at up most importance. Harp blushed slightly hiding in her mind what almost happen to her , her heart was beating very rapidity.

Also remember the monsters only really become active at night

(Ooc: I never said it was a monster next to star and harp, it could be anything,lol)

 

Bio, losing all patience, she kicked Star hard in the shoulder, knocking him over.

The glow around her eyes turning from blue to green, "NOW, FOR THE LAST TIME GET YOUR FLANK BACK TO CAMP".

'Bugger, bugger, bugger, bugger, bugger, bugger, bugger, bugger, bugger, bugger, bugger...'

 

This seemed to be the only thing going around Star Keepers mind as he paced around the camp site. His mind was clouded with random thoughts and emotions, none of them helping in the slightest.

 

'Come on, man. It was the adrenalin rush after the snake. Yeah, that was it. Nothing but a mess of hormonal activity. But why the hell would I do that? What compelled me to even think of it? Oh, what I right mess I am.'

 

He did this for the next hour or so, everypony else looked concerned, all except Bio who just looked at him with disgust. Suddenly he remembered the bruise on his shoulder after he thought it was a good idea to yell back at her. He put his hoof over it and tried to focus on it rather than Harp.

 

'Not working, still thinking about her."

Harp saw how bio treated star keeper."HAY!, whats the deal? i don't care who you are but keep your hooves to your self"! Harps wings started to flutter with rage , she kept her mane in place but she didn't care how she looked at this point. No pony treats her friends poorly while she is around.

"Umm..." she turned around, looking at the woods. "Oh my gosh, I thought I was the only one thinking that," Cherry Blossom whispired, making sure the trees didn't hear, but she a bit scared. "I guess I've collected enough firewood so I'll help with cooking I guess?"

[Miss Light Diamond 2,803]

"... Sounds good." Flame said, trotting back towards the camp a little faster than he usually would.

"Ok... Dinner, I was thinking Prench onion soup." He said, dropping the wood onto the fire pit and trotting towards the tent that had all the cooking supplies so he could get the things he needed to make soup.

 

(OOC: Prance, Prench. France, French. Just thought I would make that clear.)

At this point, his pacing around the camp was a full gallop. More looks were thrown his way, but he didn't notice.

 

Star Keeper remembered back to the incident with Bio. How Harp had stood up for him. Awkward as it was to have the mare stand up for the Stallion, he appreciated it none the less. It was Bio's reaction that made him cringe. It was not everyday that somepony stood up to her. Star Keeper remembered him just lying on the sand, watching to see how it would end...

The gas mask Bio wore hid the massive smirk on her face, she found strangely amusing watching this little pegasus flutter and sputter in rage.

 

lower her head head the Harps height.

Her voice becoming a bit harsh. "Listen to me very clearly, Avion and I have been sent to keep all you little fillies safe, so when I say sit, I expect you to sit, When I say run, I expect you to run, when I say hide, I expect you to hide, So when I say get back to camp, I MEAN GET BACK TO CAMP."

 

Sighing, her voice becoming lite and friendlier "look I am just trying to look out for every pony, ok"

"That sounds very delicious, but what do you want me to help you with?" asked Cherry Blossom as she held some of the supplies for him so he wouldn't have a hard time carrying all of them. "So how do you make Prench onion soup? Is it a lot like the one made in Equestria?"

Harp went with Star Keeper , she was a bit steamed at bio so she needed to be alone with her thoughts. "What is with this island"? Harp remembered how star keeper almost kissed her, she didn't know if she could face him again because it must be embarrassing for a mare stand up for a stallion.

Star Keeper took some time from his pacing to have a breather. His mind was starting to slowdown and focus. As his heart rate decreased he found some calm in the sea breeze.

 

'Maybe it would be best just to talk to her? It might be best to hear the entire story from her.' Star Keeper let his pacing behind and found his way to the tent Harp was in. He drew back the entrance and trotted inside to greet her.

 

"Sorry about that. Bio can be like that sometimes. You okay?"

Flame smiled. "I will need you to chop up this onion and this cheese, I also need you to cut this bread into cubes. just let me know when you have cut all that up. I am going to heat up the broth." He said, placing a large pot onto the fire and filling it with water and adding some herbs. "Its lucky we have this tent to keep the rain of the fire." He said, stirring the broth.

 

The rain is coming down a little harder the wind has picked up and the. Sun Has Just... SET,

Harp nod her head."Um, star keeper? i... just wanted let you know that i...". Harp started to turn away how could she tell him that she liked him more then as a friend he mite not feel the same way she couldn't live with her self if he rejected her feelings it would be the worse thing that ever happen to her. A tear ran down her eye at the though of him not liking her back.

Cherry Blossom nodded and picked up a small kitchen nife. She started dicing up and cutting all the ingredients, then piling them up into one section. She cut the bread into cubes as instructed, and put them into another section. "That broth smells very nice," she complimented.

Avion was becoming a bit worried, in all the time he had spent as as Pegasus raider, he had never been worried or nervous, but this place, this forest was wrong.

 

itching to shoot something, he walked over to the Flame Dancer "I going to get some target practice", then in a whisper "watch the forest, something is defiantly watching us, it would be best not to tell the others, we wouldn't want them to panic"

 

He trotted over to his bags and grab his beanie and a few bolts, and calmly walked a hundred or so yards away.

He loaded Jasmine and shoot a bolt at a tree, a thunderous *CRACK* was heard as the bolt sunk halfway through the tree.

Walking over to Star, who seemed to now be on a course towards Harp.

"Hay Star,look I just wanted to say I am sorry for kicking you, but believe it or not I am just trying to look out for everypony and keep you all safe".

 

looking over towards Harp and then back to Star "you do realize she is underage right? bah whatever not my place to judge your love life"

Suddenly feeling hungry, with a swish of her tail she walked off towards Cherry blossom.

"Wait, how old are you exactly?!" Star Keeper jumped up at Bio's unexpected words, a hint of panic scrolled across his face. Has he just been thinking about an underage mare for the past few hours? Of all the situations t be put in, why this? He looked back and forth between the exit and Harp, contemplating fleeing.

"Thank you." He said, Moving the pot to the edge of the fire, then grabbing a frying pan and cooking up some of the vegetable's that Cherry Blossom had chopped up. He then noticed Bio trotting towards the fire where he and Cherry blossom stood.

 

The wind has really picked up now and the rain is pouring. The ship that was anchored farther out into the ocean was swaying back and fourth.

Harp looked at star keeper and heard the words of bio, she run to her tent crying she barred her face in her pillow she didn't care who knew how she felt. She soon played her harp in a sad tune which could be heard from her tent. Star keeper didn't have to say he didn't like her but bio said it for her.

Well, that couldn't have gone any worse. Star Keeper jumped up to go after her but decided it was best to let her deal with it herself. She was definatley strong enough to. His attention turned back to Bio, who didn't seem to fully comprehend what had just happened.

 

"What the hell was that for?!" Star Keeper kicked the sand under his hoof, not knowing whether to feel angry or sad right at this stage.

Approaching the pot. a smiled spread across Bio's face

"smells good, how long till its ready?" her stomach growling quite loudly. Grabbing a chair and placing it by the fire, sitting down on it backwards.

 

A flash of lightening played across the sky, followed by a deafening *Boom* of thunder.

"Damn I hate storms" looking over towards the boats. suddenly jumping up "Shit, the dingheas are gone!"

 

His attention turned back to Bio

'That's it, can't take it. I need to see if she's okay. Sitting here is wearing away at my sanity. She is after all my responsibility.' Star Keeper got up and walked over to meet Harp. She was in a sorry state, the pillow nearly saturated with tears. The image was stuck in his mind. He set himself down next to her. He didn't speak but he knew what he had to do, though he didn't like the idea at first.

Harp looked at star keeper she was still crying. she barred her face in her pillow to show her sadness she knew what he was going to say. He didn't feel the same way about her but the though still made her cry more finally she tried to keep her self from crying.

Don't skim through peoples posts and don't ignore other peoples posts if they dont involve you, Read every post please, some of them will be important, Like this one..)

 

"It will be done in just a couple minutes, we need to let it simmer for a while before we can eat." He said, dumping the vegetables into the pot then placing a lid on top, then sitting down next to the fire.

The rain was starting to fall as the sun set bellow the horizon. It was beautiful, illuminating the droplets like a golden shower of light. He needed her attention. Star Keeper put a comforting wing over the crying mare and talked to her softly.

 

"It's okay. I need to tell you something but I need you to look at me first. Think you can do that?" It was a long shot, but he knew that this was probably going to be the only thing to cheer her up...

 

'How did I become so protective over a mare I just met?'
