I simply couldn't help but draw this. I loved that scene from Rugrats since I was a kid. Perfect combination of humorous and disturbing.

 

At the time, I was experimenting with the gradient tool to see how pleasing to the eye I could make this scene.

Oh gosh...I laughed SO hard at that! This is definitely in my top three list of favorite MLP comics! XD
