morethanicecream 117 December 1, 2012 Share December 1, 2012 So, i have been spending 3 months on the song 'This Day Aria' by DJDelta0. Anyways, I have very little left, and now, my piano teacher doesn't want me to play the song for the recital because one of the parts (1:01 to 1:13) sounds to fast, I am playing it at about the same tempo as the song. Anyways, doesn't it suck. I have less than one page to learn. I WANT TO FUCKING QUIT NOW. So, what do you think http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I55ap_wIUxY
XrosOver 613 December 1, 2012 Share December 1, 2012 Maybe you need to teach your teacher what it's like to bite a brick. Otherwise take this in stride because even if you don't play this song and do well in the piano recital, you will still feel pretty good about your accomplishment. The mind of the host will desperately try to create memories where none exist. Simple right?
CloudFyre 848 December 1, 2012 Share December 1, 2012 You could always modify the song to your own liking - that's what I did back when I did recitals and such. (I played piano for 6 or 7 years.) Besides, doing something like that ca make it easier.
