Dang nice work.

Hm...i've been wondering, how do people vector my little pony ponies like this?

I know one person that draws them then vectors it in photoshop. I'm still wondering how :P

Pretty sure they just add things and trace the original art.....

I dunno, but its not as easy as it sounds.

I tried it once and failed horribly

Im good at drawing, except I always fail at drawing ponies, and Im not good for image editing. Unless its like making a texture for custom video game content or something.

My Little Pony vectors are almost always created with a base image of some sort. Using the Pen tool in Photoshop I create my vectors on top of still-frames from the show or sketches by artists. Any additions I make to images which aren't in the base image I add in with the Pen tool from my head.

'Vectoring' can also be done using Inkscape or Adobe Illustrator, and possibly other tools, but I have no personal experience with those tools. Most vector images are created in the same fashion as mine, with the vector being traced over the top of another piece of art. Some artists who are more talented at drawing than I am will sketch things out on their own, then create a vector on top of it.
