PinkiePai 181 December 31, 2012 Share December 31, 2012 Another newcomer here I live in Croatia, a pretty nice place to spend summer holidays. I'm only 15, but I never give in to peer pressure and I always stand up for what I believe in. I've been a Brony for ~7 months now, and I'm very open about it, not trying to conceal it from people I know. The only thing I dislike about being a Brony is the merchandise here in Croatia. Most of it is crap and badly translated. Also the only way to buy something I'd like online is using a credit card, and no one in my family owns one. If I had one I wouldn't be sorry paying a wealthier amount to buy some good fan made stuff. Seeing as I can't have anything pony related I decided to start drawing ponies a bit, and honestly it doesn't look bad at all. Well yeah the first few weeks my drawings ended up looking like some twisted abominations and would be immediately burned (Haha not really), but after a bit of practice I can draw decently. Just the simple style like in the show, nothing advanced, just for myself. Maybe one day I could put my tab to good use and actually try to learn to draw even better, making a few comics? who knows? I enjoy listening to the original show music, maybe a few remixes and a bit of Guns N Roses mixed in with all that. Even though at the start not overly enthusiastic about it, I started reading fan fics. Didn't really read a whole load, just the mane stuff everypony mentions often. Honestly, I started feeling dizzy in the middle of reading Cupcakes, but I lived through it. Haven't cried after reading My Little Dashie (Not sure why), Rainbow Factory seemed like a nifty idea to me, but it was too short, Sweet Apple Massacre was just trolling and over doing everything so I just lol'd after reading it. I'm through a good part of Fallout Equestria (35 chapters?), which I wanted to read over the holidays. I like it quite a bit so far (8/10), can't say for sure until the ending. Also got me to play Fallout 3, which I loved. Slipped on to the computer just so I can make it before New Year. Hehe look at me, writing an essay here . If you're all "Tl;dr" right now this is the point of all that text: Blah blah blah ponies blah blah art blah blah music blah blah fics and happy New Year to all of you. :]
Nothing&NoOne 695 December 31, 2012 Share December 31, 2012 Essays are fun, I love writing them in English. ...Wait. Anyway, welcome to the forums. Princess Nightingale, at your service. Seems like Octavia's Hall will be your friend.
PinkiePai 181 December 31, 2012 Author Share December 31, 2012 Essays are fun, I love writing them in English. ...Wait. Anyway, welcome to the forums. Princess Nightingale, at your service. Seems like Octavia's Hall will be your friend. Thanks c: I wanted to write more, but after checking out the other introductions I had to shorten it by a lot. I would have written a huge wall of text a lot more in detail, but that would be kind of over enthusiastic even from me. Oh sometimes I just have so much to write, but if i ever had to write a fic I would just blankly stare and probably have nothing. Anyway I guess an intro is just saying "Hi" anyway. The rest is kind of unnecessary since we all probably like similar stuff around here.
