step-by-step request

I am a below average drawer and i want to contribute artwork to the fandom. for some reason though, i can not get the ponies to come out looking like ponies. i try drawing the mane 6 and they come out looking like Slenderman's ponies. i try drawing them in different poses they come out looking like a glitch in the matrix. Can somepony out there post a step by step intruction on how to draw ponies in poses and what not. Please and thank you

That there has a ton of pony guides. Eventually you get used to the shape of the ponies and you don't have to use circles, skeletons and whatnot for the body. Hope this helps.
