Mortimer 332 January 4, 2013 Share January 4, 2013 This question has been bugging me for quite a while now. Do they or not? I've seen very few sites where the staff actually visits a forum and even makes it their second official forum (Tmalliance.com, David Jaffe stated so and even added the forum and it's most several members in their last Twisted Metal's credit scene). Discuss. Oh Yeah! Da Great Escape!
I used to be a stranger 7,993 January 4, 2013 Share January 4, 2013 (edited) Chances are very remote. Considering the fact that 1. they have jobs out of the whole pony thing, and therefore are slightly less inclined to make their job also their past-time hobby, 2. by virtue of the fact that they are employees to Hasbro intellectual property, they will have signed nondisclosure agreements, which means they could get in extremely serious trouble for mentioning a peep about anything in the show without expressed permission and 3. there are probably sites they already like to browse instead (such as Twitter, Facebook, DeviantArt and/or the Blogosphere through Equestria Daily) it is unlikely they'd join in to little ol' us. Also consider the fact that as soon as a staff member revealed himself, the population here would explode like housing prices in Vancouver on a spring morning. Everyone and their dog would join just so they could private-message that guy, or stalk his posts, gleaning everything he said down to the placement of punctuation around character names as fuel for the unquenchable fire that is shippers. It would do no service to the existing community. Edited January 4, 2013 by Blue and Red

I'd have to agree. I mean, I now work for NASA but I'm not likely to join a NASA wanna-be forum, am I? That being said, they might be involved in the fandom in other ways... Always off-topic and always derailing.

It's kind of sad, when you think about it.
Mortimer 332 January 4, 2013 Author Share January 4, 2013 Yeah, i know what you all mean. But i what i was thinking was about the staff just browsing the site, it would be cool, huh? People like Tara Strong, Lauren Faust, Ben Stiller (oops, wrong name). 1 Oh Yeah! Da Great Escape!
NavelColt 22,880 January 4, 2013 Share January 4, 2013 Most likely chance would be if someone deliberately shared a link on their Twitter, and they got curious. For example, Tara. But even then I imagine all they'd do is take a glance over it, maybe poke at a topic or other pages and leave. They're far too busy to do things like join.
TailsIsNotAlone 3,695 January 5, 2013 Share January 5, 2013 (edited) They'd never join, but I wouldn't be surprised if a few of them have browsed occasionally. We're the biggest brony forum on the net and growing every day, so they've probably heard of us. Tara Strong especially, because of how involved she is in promoting the show online, Tweeting and what have you. Galex Dj 173 January 5, 2013 Share January 5, 2013 To be honest, they probably have not unless some one had shared a link to them about this site. And even if they saw this site, I don't think they would create an account and talk to people. They would probably just view the site and look at our suggestions, that's it. I don't think they have ever seen our site, maybe heard about it but not gone on it. Signature by Gone ϟ Airbourne
RDashFan85 46 January 5, 2013 Share January 5, 2013 Yeah they're very busy people so they don't have time to view the sites since they have interviews and meetings and other stuff going on for them. So any chance of them actually sitting down and looking at this site is very slim to none.
