Would You Read A Fanfiction About This?

I posted this in an earlier topic because you know...sometimes I wonder this:

 

What if this world I seem to live in isn't real?  What if its just a dream I can't get out of unless a miracle happened?  What if I had made all this up?  What if one day, I wake up and realize I'm an alien that had a rare disease where I stay in a coma where I live in a weird world?  And there's no such thing as humans?

What if everything's a lie?

 

And so it gave me this idea for a fanfiction.  its the same concept.  It follows a pony (an OC or Twilight maybe?) who believes she is a human.  And shes a pegasister.  One day, she wakes up in Equestria and...that stuff begins.

 

Would you read it?  i know a lot of you don't like humans mixed with ponies.

But it would probably be sort of sad and maybe thought-provoking?

That would be interesting to read, also maybe a bit inception-like. Chances are, we probably are in a big dream and it requires death to get out of it

The first concept sounds like solipsism and let me warn you, noone likes solipsism. 

I just think you may not want to go too much into the existence of one's mind, the existence reality and existence of other beings in the reality, I'd recommend keeping up with the dream / coma and similar. But that's just me anyway.

You know I really like this idea!  I thought of it before I was awesome ( before I was a brony ) a long time ago and now even more awesome to be pony related.
