Why do you like anime so much?

I love the way the Japanese work. They must be considerate of each other because they are so close to each other in location. They are very humble people, and I just agree with a lot of the ways they do things and think.

However, anime itself, I enjoy because they have much more emotion put into them compared to Western movies or something. They aren't afraid to have a sad ending and not a happy one, which, it seems like every movie has a stupid happy ending, here in America, that's out. They aren't afraid to touch up on tragedies and whatnot, as well.

To save time, I'm just going to say that; you know how Japan is. Bold. Unique. Colourful. The stories are more touching than anything anything here, in America. Give me an English/American sad film, and I probably won't cry at it at all. However, have me watch Clannad, and you'll catch me cry in about 10 of the episodes. The visuals and soundtrack come in to help with this, too. They really REALLY set the mood. Like, a lot. I don't really like manga for this reason. There's nothing there setting the mood, really.

I usually only watch more comedy ones whenever I'm just that bored and need something to keep me occupied. Otherwise, I'm looking for the touching stories.

I was actually referring to something else that has a certain length... >:3

But that's good to know, too. :o

OH.

Forgive me, I'm too new to these kinds of... things.

Well, I can't leave your original question unanswered now.

Must at least be double digits, of course! That's the only logical answer, really.
