Archi the Atmomancer 564 January 13, 2013 Share January 13, 2013 Well, the ponies only resemble actual ponies in basic body structure (four legs, hooves, tails, etc.), their faces are essentially human but with a snout so I see nothing wrong with it. I personally find most of the Mane 6 rather attractive due to a combination of cuteness and personality. 1 "Humanity is the end; knowledge is the means; I will not rest until there are no more secrets to be discovered; I will not rest until there are no more ways to improve; I will not rest until there are no more problems to be solved; I will wield no weapon but my wits and intellect; With these weapons I will battle ignorance until the light of knowledge shines bright; When the light of knowledge shines upon us all, then I shall rest, and not before." - Atmomancer Creed
RIPRIPRIP 11 January 14, 2013 Share January 14, 2013 (edited) Its quirky, but not weird. I think I've liked a few fictional characters occasionally. Now, if you go over the top (the gross stuff ) then that would be qualified as weird. Otherwise, its fine! The Pony Alchemist 70 January 14, 2013 Share January 14, 2013 it's absolutely fine to like a character to a point where you feel a bit of attraction. It's mainly just human nature. and let's all face it... we all have our pony that we like differently than the others (for me its Twilight) 1 Let's PlaysGame SpotlightsVlogsPonies (new)LincDNhttp://www.youtube.com/user/LincDN?feature=mhee
PoniesPlease 365 January 14, 2013 Share January 14, 2013 Nope. Not at all. You keep looking at that prismatic pony plot, and you be proud of it. Still beats being attracted to Nikki Manaj. ^This. I'd rather be attracted to a cartoon pony than a woman who i'm convinced is 100% CGI. I mean seriously, she doesn't look REAL.
Balamb 29 January 15, 2013 Share January 15, 2013 Sexuality and romance is pretty weird in general. Having feelings for a cartoon character is far from the weirdest thing around and if it's not causing you to freak out, it's just your share of the pervy skeletons we all have in our closets.
MeowLord Noraasha 135 January 15, 2013 Share January 15, 2013 Uhm I don't know about that. I don't perceive it as something perverted or as a fetish, cause it has major differences with those. I get a tiny bit offended when I hear that... 1 UNITED WE STAND If anyone feel like talking, chatting, need an advice, have a problem or just need cheering up, I'm at your service. I'm going to assume this is one of those "I'm quoting you by posting below you instead of using the feature" things, and just say that I do view attraction to cartoon characters as unusual but use the term "pervy" lightly. The term is for anything abnormal last I checked, reven if it's sometimes used as an outright insult for people who are into significantly worse things than fantasizing about cartoons. Sorry you're offended, but I enjoy gentle teasing and the term "pervy skeletons" so I'm going to keep on doing it. The fact that people are into strange things is expected and kind of amusing at this point in my life, and it's funny both how offended people get that others are into these things and how offended they get when you admit that it's weird. CrimsonPony 18 January 15, 2013 Share January 15, 2013 Personally, I'm attracted to Fluttershy. I don't know why, my mind knows she's a fictional character, but my heart says otherwise. I'm torn between the two. I often imagine while I'm lying on my bed about to go to sleep, that there is a knock on my bedroom door. It opens and there stands Fluttershy in all her perfection. I read a fan-fiction story about Fluttershy and Big Macintosh getting married. I actually felt... jealous. I don't judge others if they are attracted to Ponies, I'm actually glad. I feel like i'm not the only one out there.

Now I'm quoting you! Yeah if I would need to I would quote you. It wasn't directed to you, it was more of a general statement. Wasn't quoting you cause there was no point... you can say basicly everything that you want, and that's your opinion, and I don't want get to any pointless discussion. I'm so glad that you're enjoying teasing others, it's so.... good. Also your acceptance seems to me all fake and sarcastic, but maybe I see more than it is in your words. There's a difference between playful teasing and putting others down, but if you want to look for ways to read malice in my posts that's your choice. I can admit that things are both strange and perfectly okay because they cause no damage to an individual or anyone around them, and believe that very few things don't have a humorous aspect to them. When you start taking yourself and your life too seriously, it's pretty much over already.
