FoxyCryptid 4,330 January 27, 2013 Share January 27, 2013 Why do I get the feeling this was done at least partially in response to the moron that wrote the brony list? it's just to perfect that they satirize bullying people for their tastes in TVshows right after that. http://www.cracked.com/quick-fixes/bullying-people-who-donE28099t-like-right-tv-shows 1 "You know, I don't know who or what you are Methos, and I know you don't want to hear this, but you did teach me something. Pony Joe 583 January 27, 2013 Share January 27, 2013 (edited) I honestly didn't think that the brony list was that bad. I mean, with the exception of Fallout: Equestria, nothing on that list really had a reason to exist. It doesn't exactly criticize the community as a whole unless people assume that everyone who likes the show also... likes... *reads comments* ..well crap. This video, though, is pretty awesome. Expressing your taste in TV shows remains one of the most innocent ways to dissolve a friendship. Edited January 27, 2013 by Pony Joe 1 That's really all there is to say on the matter. Harmonic Revelations 8,837 January 27, 2013 Share January 27, 2013 I am at least glad that such a thing was posted. Cracked regained my respect and patronage with that. Besides, the article wasn't cracked's fault, it was the author's fault, especially considering cracked just basically has random people write their articles.

The author the list implies all bronies are sociopaths, it's in the lists introduction paragraph, and yes, Cracked as a horrible fanbase, I feel sorry them on that front. Betez 1,735 January 27, 2013 Share January 27, 2013 What's the video have to do with bronies? I know it's not serious, but I guess there's something I'm missing, because I don't see what this has to do with the Brony list. It doesn't on it's own, but one of the writers posted a list that was nothing but a long-winded attack on bronies a couple days ago, and then this shows up after the backlash. Pinkazoid 3,493 January 27, 2013 Share January 27, 2013 (edited) They posted that only a couple of days after the whole "worst things that come from the brony fandom"? I'm kinda surprised :I and not much of a good way :I Edited January 27, 2013 by Pinkazoid :
Pony Joe 583 January 27, 2013 Share January 27, 2013 (edited) The author the list implies all bronies are sociopaths, it's in the lists introduction paragraph *rereads* So it does. I guess the way that sentence is phrased was awkward enough to make me not notice. For shame, authors, for shame. Wait a minute, that list had TWO authors?! For shame, authors, for shame. Wait a minute, that list had TWO authors?! Yeah, and considering two people make the same failures in research, and lapses in logic, it makes it worse. The thing wouldn't be so bad if not for the tone that assumes all of us are like these people. DoctorWhovian1902 596 January 27, 2013 Share January 27, 2013 (edited) I was drinking some water and almost choked at 1:07. The video was funny, I'll admit that. Expressing your taste in TV shows remains one of the most innocent ways to dissolve a friendship. My friends can't stand the fact that I like MLP, and have taken many opportunities to mock me for it. Because of that, I don't believe it's the expressing of tastes that dissolves a friendship, necessarily, it's the hatred caused by it that does. Pony Joe 583 January 27, 2013 Share January 27, 2013 I don't believe it's the expressing of tastes that dissolves a friendship, necessarily, it's the hatred caused by it that does. It was actually a joke, in the vein of "If you want to keep your friends, never discuss religion or politics." Of course you can talk about TV, but it might cause a lot more conflict that you'd expect. 1 That's really all there is to say on the matter. Secondly, it kind of sucks when they're joking about how terrible Romney is and how great Obama is, when I believe the exact opposite. And then if I expressed my beliefs, I'd be ridiculed for them! What? Ah well, it's life. What are you gonna do?
Yes-Man 597 January 28, 2013 Share January 28, 2013 I can't watch this video(assuming it is a video), as I'm in an IPhone right now. Would I be able to find it on YouTube or could any of you tell me what it says? "I'm done being patient.
