I started watching MLP FiM yesterday. I am a few episodes into it. I love it. But I can't tell my parents, they will think I am on the other side of the street. (I'm not) So I tell them I am watching Pokemon. But I can't say that forever. So, what should I do? -Hayden

Tell em' the truth! the faster they know the better, and what if they catch you by surprise watching it? it'll be harder to explain, so if I were you I just tell them, and if they really think you're on that side just love and tolerate em' or explain them why you love the show

You should try to tell them but I know it might not be an option if they are really intolerant of that sort of thing.

 

Is there any reason why you can't just watch in secret? I did for a while until I got the courage to tell people. Hopefully you'll get the right opportunity to tell them when you feel ready.
