Gone for good 1,593 February 1, 2013 Share February 1, 2013 So, I have a sad thing to admit: for the past month or so I've had an anime opening stuck in my head and as awesome as it was to have cat girls flying around in my head it has kind of gotten out of hand. The opening in question isn't even a real anime, it's this: Essentially it's this fictional show that the main character in Welcome to the NHK has an obsession with. Even though one of the show's messages is to not obsess over crap like this, I kind of um, found a liking to this and started listening to the whole intro nonstop one night and it hasn't been out of my head since. Not only is it ringing back and forth to the point where I kind of want something different, it's distracting me from actually getting things done and today I could have sworn I actually saw the main character in my room which really freaked me out. To properly show you how this affects me, here's a screenshot from NHK Replace the man on the left with me, and instead of an annoyed look replace it with a look. So, I'm putting this here because I'm guessing some of you folks have had a similar problem and because the fact that this is happening is actually kind of funny. if there's anything you guys can do to help cleanse my mind from such sugar pumped blue hair cat girl weeaboo madness please do. I would post this in life advice, but uh considering the type and context of this issue I think it's better here. Just editing my signature to say that my behavior on here was cringe. I had the opening theme to Outlaw Star stuck in my head for a couple weeks last summer. The only way I could get rid of it was by watching different shows until something stuck.
